Take full responsibility for UX and UI across all mobile and web products, make final design decisions, and use research, data, funnels, and session replays to develop prioritized hypotheses. Design experiments and A/B tests with Product and Engineering, deliver flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction specs, and own Scrambly's design language and components. Represent design in leadership discussions, manage external partners, and hire, mentor, and grow the internal team. Requires 7+ years in product design, mobile-first consumer product experience, a strong shipped portfolio, ownership as a sole or lead designer, user research and testing skills, and experience mentoring designers or managing partners. English B2 or above. Founding leadership role with full design ownership, opportunity to build the team, and competitive compensation and flexibility.
