Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow. Configure and optimize Service Cloud, including case management, Service Console, queues, Omni-Channel routing, and service automation; improve workflows for case assignment, escalation, and resolution. Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as Informatica and SAP, and troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and ensure quality, security, and data consistency. Work with Customer Service, Operations, and IT stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable solutions. Requires 5+ years of Salesforce development, Service Cloud experience, strong Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow skills, integration and security knowledge, and ability to work independently during core hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. Fully remote, long-term B2B contract with attractive compensation and professional growth opportunities.
