Hostman is looking for a hands-on business leader to drive growth in international markets with an initial focus on Europe. The role involves full ownership of the commercial direction: defining priority markets, ICPs, positioning and go-to-market strategy, leading B2B marketing and sales functions, and building a scalable full-funnel model from acquisition to closed deals. Candidates must have experience launching or scaling a business internationally, direct responsibility for revenue or P&L, and strong expertise in both marketing and sales; experience with cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or developer tools is a plus. Fluent English and current residence in Europe are required. The position is remote-first with a focus on the European market.
