Mira is building quantitative hormone tracking technology for women's hormonal health. The role involves building biometrics, algorithms, and data-driven insights for the Mira App, analyzing hormone, cycle, app behavior, and user outcome data, and developing models for ovulation prediction, cycle modeling, hormone interpretation, and personalized recommendations. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, R&D, and research colleagues, support clinical and real-world evidence projects, define model validation frameworks, improve data quality, and document model logic and limitations. Requirements include strong Python and data science skills, experience with longitudinal or health-related data, model explainability and robust validation, and moving ML features toward production. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week role with flexible hours, occasional overlap with the US team, competitive salary plus an OKR-based bonus, and career growth opportunities.
